How Spambot intends to affect VW!

Now that I have your attention...
I am Spambot, and the ludicrous behavior is no longer necessary. The point being however im hopefully not just somewon called "Epock" to you.

FS2 Community event 2001.

How many of you are aware of a piece of technology called HearMe full duplex, Macromedia has it on a kind of lease basis with one of its programs. Using movies such as those created in flash, chats etc can be on these servers using real time voice. www.hearme.com will provide you with a demonstration.
Now what this means to you or indeed as an event I will now attempt to explain. Firstly its like netmeeting in many ways exept it can be designed as you chose, plus its faster (depending on host) it is possible to play powerpoint presentations on them too, so.
We could organise a community event by running several of these servers and have chats, interviews etc. One benefit is MODers, campaign creators can show their ideas and inventions to a wide audience in a new fashion.

There are huge possibilities, requiring skill and work to have them relaized. Does anyone see the possibility of such a community event? Or not

Support, Negative, opinions please

Try to think of it as a town festivity, or fair day for the community

E

One problem, Epock, you forgot to make it relevant to this site.

Then again, they do say 'talk about anything here'...

It is a proposed community event, I don't see how that doesn't fit with the Volition Watch site.

Good point, thanx for making me read it again.

Wouldn't Work.

The FS2 community is small (considering the large # of people in other communities). Though there is quite a few of us , only scarce few are online at the same time.

I doubt it could be pulled off , Maybe with Redfaction or Summoner depending on how sales do..but its a no go for freespace.

Sorry to burst your bubble but I'm sadly correct
