DM Levels Don't Show up in the List

For some reason special DM levels are not showing up on the list (default levels are there). All of these levels are in the correct directory. I can play all CTF but default DM levels only.... HELP... Makes no sence.

Perhaps you've got too many custom maps...

Uhhh... Well i have 287 maps and someone I know has over 300. His works fine. Thanks though....

Its different for each person oddly. I hit my limit at 269. All my maps would show up but some of them wouldnt play. Ie get kicked for not having the level. Theres a fix but it takes awhile to do and Im too lazy to explain it.

i have over 300 :-)..however like croc said it seems to be different for all people. The fix the_croc may be talking about is is unpacking the vpp files to rfl's and making one vpp. I would not do this to them all lol, that could take a while. I would do it to like my top 25-50 that i was sure to keep. The maybe as time passes make another pack. I think you can do that, more then one pack

If you are still having the problem, I made a walkthrough up that takes you through how to fix it. Its a little time consuming, but I believe its worth it. Basicly you need to put all the map files into a single VPP. If you want the walkthrough, its toward the bottom of the page >>> rfview.net/HelpIssues.htm

Currently I have around 400 maps in a CTF VPP, 150 in a DM VPP, and 53 in a Rail VPP. You dont have to split them up, but I like to be organized

map limit broken

well there is a way to go pass that to store over 575 maps
i found a way but i don't want to tell how right now it a secret

LOL I have 500 or so CTF maps...Its no secret
