VW Main: "Post Comment" Feature Back

Posted by Remora:

I know it has been a while since the feature disappeared, but back by popular demand (and Orange's whining, of course) ... the "Post Comment" feature is back in the news system.

Every new news post will have this link next to the poster's name, which will take you directly to the VWBB News Comments forum. I hope to have the old news posts do this soon as well. Have to update the database with the URLs though.

As always, if you notice anything wierd happening (with this feature), let me know.

GASP! Orange made a compliment! haha!

Yea, now if I could only figure out that pesky "newsbot bug" hehe ...

yeah.. if you did that, I'm sure people might stop calling you "Failure" and call you "Remora" instead!

Will this apply to stuff posted via the specials section script?

uh.. we didn't set that up with news comments.. I'm sure we can add code before next year though.
