Progress thingie
Could you guys make one of those progress thingies that some mods haveand post it on the main page? For instance:
Sounds whatever %
Models/Textures whatever %
Music whatever %
Overall whatever %
Missions/Campaigns whatever %
Coding whatever %
That way we know when the next release is due and how progress is going on the mod

I believe they couldn't be even 50% accurate if they would make those. If they just would post some new screenies would be enough for me.

Well, we have a different release policy than other mods...that progress thing would not be of much use.

Although I'm not on TBP, I've heard this answer often enough:
TBP does not give release dates until they have the product done. This is because of two things:
first, the amount of time staffers spend on something isn't like a full-time paid job - they're doing this in their free time. so if they say "OK, we'll have it out in 2 weeks" but then the programmers all have, say, family issues to deal with, they can't get it out, and people get mad.
second, missing announced dates makes a lot of whining happen. In the interests of their sanity, I guess they don't do that
