I know what Mackie is experiencing...

I have heard many voiceactors in many games who just... plainly suck...

Then you record your own voice, try to get a good feel in them. Then you listen to them and say : "Oh yeah baby! I could do anyone's part in voice acting. I'm just so good in this!"

And this can be correct. You can be better than someone else in their part but a good voiceactor comes with practise. Just remember to give a chance to others too...
