I am playing Summoner 2, and i have completed it once, but i thought i would try it again and complete the side quests, but i need a Green Mask, can anyone please tell me where i can find it

You have to find all 4 of the Wyrmlord keys first by doing the Ivory, Iron, wood and gold case quest.
Then open the secret door in Neru's Lair with the 4 keys. Inside you will find the Green Vandal's mask.

To get the Ivory case goto Temple of Archons and alk to Chrysopomp there and ask him for a mask. You will get the Curator's Mask. Put it on, and talk to the same person. He will give you the case.
