every time I go on 1.3 nobody is playing, so for my sake, the sake of every one else, for you're own sake, and the sake of 1.3,
when do you all get on and start playing,
be sure to include you're time zone and/or contry

I play all "official" matches on 1.3. Tried running my server as 1.3 but no one every showed up.

I say run 1.3 and never use 1.2 again

I usually play late at night if I have the time. EST time. I always check 1.30 first. I slowly see more people playing but not as many that should be.
