No, it an entire mod for freespace 2, based on the babylon 5 series, what it does is it changes the entire game to turn it into the babylon 5 universe, and I have to say that this is the best mod i played so far.

if u download it also download this campaign for it http://www.hot.ee/miburo1/

so thats the campaighn.. well.. where do i go 2 d\l the Mod? and how do i uninstall a mod? and .. is there a place that shows me what the bb5 universe looks like. i dont knwo what it is..
