Full does have Core, Anim and Music packages.

There are three packages made available for dialup users who do not want to download everything at same time. Only Core is required, but at least music is very nice addition. Anims are only needed in the original Minbari war demo campaign.

I've downloaded the full pack, and where should I install it? What do I do with the R1.1 stuff? Where about in the Freespace 2 folder does R2 go?

I'm probably being foolish, but could you publish some form of idiots guide?

How to install:

Remove any mods installed, including TBP R1. If you're not sure what to do:
-Uninstall FS2
-Remove FS2 folder (default: C:\Games\Freespace 2)
-Install FS2 and patch it.
-Install TBP R2 to the folder you installed FS2 (default: C:\Games\Freespace 2)
-Play
