I just got an email from Raven that he is starting work on an Freespace2 campaign. here's waht he has to say:

I (Raven) am working on a campaign for Freespace 2, that will be released soon (in about one month, maybe less). It is called "The Return to a Nightmare", it will use a large (more than 10 megs!) mod package, will feature a series of new ships and weapons that are a lot of other mods put toghether, it will have about 15 missions, and a new race. It is a prologue to my upcoming campaign "Couterstrike".

Sounds great! Raven also needs modders, mission designers, and a story writer for "Counterstrike". Go on guys, help him out!

Sounds VERY ambitious for less than a month, not to mention not having the team together.
