engine glows

how do you change the glow colour? when i do glows they are always blue - i want to make my own custom glow colour so i can do the pcx but how do i get the ship to use that one instead of the blue - its a custom ship for a new race so it needs to be different all others

FS2 determines which pcx to use by race. If its Terrans, it uses the Terran PCX and ANI. If its Vasudans it uses those and same with Shivans.

Sorry, you can't do what you want to do unfortunately.

acaully beileve or not that has helped because to get the supposrt ships to work for the shivans i had to make them default friendly craft and so they are all labled terran - both terran and shivan craft are loged in under shivan so they are naturally hostile so i can use vasudan for my new ship/s - also means all the shivan ships can have red glows again - the vasudans will have to settle for terran glows though
