It took little time to rise through the ranks of the flight corps. The next thing I know, I’m flying in Kepler’s brainchild, doing things that could best be described as questionable.

oh and i think that Blackwater is more than normal SOC Squadron
i think that they are GTVI black ops squad i hope i am not too wrong i see what they are in Main campaing when it comes

Nope you're right on the money. Kepler formed BlackWater squadron as his own permanent SOC squadron to take care of some of the things that he was interested in. Mostly it means you get the role of elite squadron going into the hot zones and taking care of things that most other squadrons aren't cleared to even know about.

I figure most other SOC squadrons (ie. like the Skulls) aren't permanent and are on rotation bringing in the best of regular GTVA squadron pilots into the fold for specific operations or periods of time while BlackWater is permanently assigned the same members.
