What do u do with the seeds, where do u get them, are they the same as the nuts and what do u get from them. CAN U STEP BY STEP ME PLZ!

No the seeds are not the nuts, they are just, nuts.

You have to plant the seeds before you get to Dream of Eleh!
Sangaril finds 5 seeds in the poison lab. You can also find enhancers, they increase the final effect of the plant by 50% when you haverst them.

Here it goes;
Plant - Sinew grass
Plant it in - Miridian Pass under the tree by the pond.
Enhancer - Heart of Arxes

Plant - Ubenna's Bolt
Plant it in - Teomura, by the shipwreck, by a rock.
Enhancer - Nuntura's spearhead

Plant - Rathmoss
Plant it in - Indubal, lower level, near a bin.
Enhancer - Wardstone

Plant - Gramarye
Plant it in - Eleh Caveren, by air ship wreck
Enhancer - Aahur's blue dust

Plant - Scarabee
Plant it in - R of Hospiris, near the start by the vine covered wall
Enhancer - Dung Beetles

After the dream of eleh, check on them to harvest. I kind of missed timed them and lost my crop. Hope you are more lucky.
