Summoner 1, how do I kill LUMINAR?

I'd be most grateful if anyone could help me. I am hitting him until the bar indicating his life is ZERO, but still he won't die. Rosalind is saying throughout the battle that "we are not hurting him"? What do I need to do?

You are out of sequence in the story I think.....

If any character says: 'We are not hurting him' then you need to complete some other task, or find something else before doing that battle.

Check the Story section on my site, I think the sequence is in the right order so that all quests can be completed.....
