Summoner 1: Getting last Ring

I just got the Ring of Stone in the swamp.
I went back to Yon, but he said I still need to find the last ring, The Ring of Light. Where do I find this ring, and how do I get there?

Also, Where do I find the woman who poisoned Tancred the assasin, Aoqi, head of the Temple of Orenia. Where is Orenia?

The Ring of Light is on the Island of Iona.

Orenia is a different country. You can't get there yet
