Mini-Status Update

Okay, time for a bit of a status update. Here's a bit of what we've been doing.

1) Working on missions. This is a slow and tedious process at times. We've got alot of missions started (probably on the order of 20) and were starting to focus on the first 9 and try and get those closer to being done.

2) Working on MODs. This is definately the hardest area to work on and its made so much easier by the amazing talents and abilities of Bobboau. We've changed a few models since we started and were rebalancing and working on the concepts to make them as interesting and as varied as possible. Styxx has also contributed a model design as has Snipes (although he's been absent for a bit). This is probably going to take another month or two to sort out but it should move quicker after that. We've also got to get some of the textures done on our ships as many textures are currently only placeholders.

3) Working on the website. My intentions are to replace the current website with something more intune with the theme of the MOD (now that it has been better established). When the new site does go live, we will be featuring information on some of our new ships for the GTVA and for Sol. Not just some information, but hopefully some nice renders and screen shots to boot.

Of course, the fact that pretty much all of us are busy as hell has a lot to do with the mission design process being tedious. If you want BWO to come out faster, contact all of my professors at the University of Dayton and tell them to not give me any more tests/homework/quizzes/andor other general stuff so I can work on the campaign.

Pretty much. We're still trying to make Sol ships work both in concept and in-action. Its not just a new set of ships, they have different design and operational philosphies. Not groundbreaking mind you, but different nonetheless.
