Multiplayer help???

Hey all first post on 'ere and I hope this post finds you WELL!

Just a quicky ... I havn't long had freespace 2 or babylon 5 mod and I am trying to get on line ... if I try through the game when it gets to varifying my ver. it doesn't get any further ... any hints ? tips ? advice? .... cheers guys

I don't play multiplayer myself but I think I've read somewhere that the server is no more online and will never be again.
Instead you can try mp with fs2_open which uses Kazan's server.
