Level 1 Again

Ive got weapons finally, and ive played the level about 50 times now.
But how do you complete it? Ive destroyed everything thats an enemy signature, but it always keeps telling me to Defend The Agamemnon. But its not there.

Any way of completing the mission successfully?

Hmm.. You know that post that says "read this before posting anything"?

*sigh*

Bug in first mission.
Patch creation in progress.
in meantime, use workaround.
