What happened to =[EF]= ? (Elite Force)

EF was an RF multiplayer clan, of which I was a member. I stopped playing for a week or two, and when I came back EF had dissolved and a new clan was in its place, with some of the members of the old clan.

Could someone please tell me what the new clan is and how I can contact its members?
