Anti- Capship missles

I am trying to make an anti capship missle like the one used by the Warlock and defense satelite. Unfortunatley they fire in unlimited amounts from the godsat, and you can't shoot them down. I was wondering if anyone could help me fix this.

You have to give them the flag "bomb" if you want to be able to shoot it down. You can't limit the amount of missiles in turrets however.

You're making a Godsat and Warlock? I can hardly wait to see the next ship pack
