Which one would have the biggest chance?

But think about a that kind of Omega. it would make everyone laugh themselves to death.

Of course, when the next version comes out, we can always make those ships with a bit of texture tweaking...

You have to lighten the hole ship. Most attacking alien pilots would not know, what the red cross is.

If there was a medical ship, it would probably look like a normal liner, or shuttle, and the mod team have those.
