Needing Campaign Ideas

Since the thread I tried on HLP ended up with most people talking about modding and the evils of Geocities, I decided to ask you guys. I'm going to start a campaign soon for FS2. The basis of the campaign is the development of the GTXF Excalibur, the GVXF Amon-Ra, the Thor cannon, and the emergence of a new Shivan fighter, the SF Minotaur. It's going to feature 3 new fighters, including 2 new playable fighters, 2 new weapons, and 2 new capships. The thing is all I have is the main plot, and I need ideas for the rest of the storyline.

Main Plot: There is none.

It'd really give a humorous twist to it. Infact, make it funny totally! We havent seen a humor campaign yet (well except for that Direlict campaign, now thats funny!). Give it a try

no offense to those guys who made derelict,but that was a pathetic attempt at campaign making.And i don't know what planet you live on disaster,but in fs2,there isn't anything funny about it.I wouldn't like it if John howard told me that we all had to leave earth because alien bastards are going to blow up the sun anytime soon! Hell,I wouldn't like it if HE told me anything!! (except if there was a fs2 movie.....now THATS prestigious!!!!!!!!!).

P.S has anyone dared to think about a fs2 movie? i mean,people have made movies based on games before? mortal kombat was one! it wasn't too bad! but i suppose fs2 would only be good if big-time stars were in it.russel crowe as a pilot,sean connery and ed harris as 6th fleet commanders.that would be cool!!!

I thought about it... but it wouldn't be the same... the main character would be the generic fs2 pilot...

And that would hella suck

the main roleS would consist of Admiral Petrach,the captain of the 70th Blue lions,Admiral Bosch and maybe a couple of other people

Umm.. Petrarch is the Admiral of the GTD Aquitaine, he also serves as quarterdeck for the squadron commanders, giving them their orders.

So Petrarch is the boss of the 70th Blue Lion's commander.

I watched the Mortal Kombat movie. It was the absolute worst movie I've ever seen, worse even than those gay Disney cartoons.

Although there is another game movie I've seen, that is, Wing Commander, that was okay. Definitely not the best I've seen, but it at least made sense.

Get ready for Tomb Raider! :E

Game movies...

Street Fighter: actually pretty good
Mortal Kombats: not bad... a bit simplistic
Wing Commander: the largest pile of dung ever shown in a movie theater
Tomb Raider: this WILL suck, just like the games themselves

MK Annihilation: Okay, 5/10 I think.
Super Mario Bros: Low-budget, 5.25/10

Resident evil will be out around thanksgiving, I can't wait, especially since it won't be f*cked up by hollywood. I think Denamrk or germany is making it, for international audiences.

I don't know better, Snipes, cause I usually post on the HLP Forums. You don't even have the devil or samurai smilies.
