What year does BWO take place in

i need to know because my campaign will take place in 2376 and i need to know whether the events in BWO have happened yet or not.

Of course, jump nodes will be opened to Sol in about 8 campaigns now, so making continuity will be hard for me... ah well

Here's the basic timeline. I should create one.

2335 - The Great War
2367 - FreeSpace 2
2372 - Warzone followed by Derelict
2375 - BlackWater Operations

So your answer, BlackWater Operations takes place in 2375.

Don't bother with the continuity. Try to claim that the other campaigns never actually happened. I dunno, like some kinda Matrix storyline ripoff.

Just my suggestion.

In reality, FreeSpace 2 never happened. It is just a delusion, or more appropriately, a program designed to fool us all into believing that it is life, and is all there is to life.

Not that that's incorrect or anything, but y'know.

But FreeSpace is a nice fictive story!

They would probably go completely nuts trying to get out of a matrix after a matrix after a matrix...etc. And when they finnaly do get out they'd be completely paranoid about avoiding the guys in suits and dejavu and mirrors etc

I recall basic plot elements being given away. I think that Neo, Trinity, and Morpheus (not sure if Tank is returning) all return to Zion. It pretty much starts at the exact point that The Matrix ended. It's obviously gonna be about somewhat of a love story between Neo and Trinity (damn.. another love story, eh? [ala Star Wars Episode II])

Anyways, beyond that, I don't think much on the story has been released.
