Questions for the designers

I'm just starting this thread for people that might have questions on past stuff for the BWO guys, most of the good campaign designers are working on this.

my question: is there a derelict voice file? The credits are for the voices, but it's not in the volitionwatch archives.

What's with the derelict queastions? This isn't Derelict forum, it's BWO...

Posted by Dynamo on 03-22-2001 09:52 PM:

Well, considering the two folks that worked on Derelict work on BWO so it's a good place. Besides, I don't mind, and as long as Ice doesn't either, then I don't see a problem with it. (Sorry Snipes, your opinion is moot. )

And to answer the original question, there is no voice files available yet, but I think there is still one in the works.

i also would like to know something. who came up with that dream sequence mission?

My hat is off to you, i am humble in the presence of a master. when ]i played that mission for the first time, all i could do was sit there for 5 minutes while my mind tried to digest what i had just seen.

i would also like to let who ever came up with the hyper mission that was shortly after that one, I never saw it coming. i was sittin there minding my own busisiness, heard the sound of the jump, pressed back on my hat, and sayed "OH %&*^%" pulled back and right on the stick, and rode the burners for all they were worth.

I think it was Agatheron, but Kellan may have played a part in that too.

Both of them are showing me the grand tour of making a twisting turning storyline. BWO's story is much better than Warzones and gets moving quicker than Derelicts.

Speaking of warzon, what is wrong with the campaign in the mission where you go in and the orion the awacs and the explorer ship are there, you destroy the awacs, the orion jumps out, destroy all remaining fighters, pass the mission, and then when you get to the ending breifing, it is declaired a failure, is there something wrong with the campaign?

I disabled and disarmed all three of them and they still got away, I think there may have been a slight bug

and there were a few missions that had mesed up loadout selections.

As soon as the mission starts, leg it towards the Vidar & scan it... its one of 2 showstoppers that weren't fixed in the patch
