Raider mission
http://personal.inet.fi/atk/quizarius/
I finally got my web page up, there are certainly going to be more missions but currently there are only one. Download it and try it, send comments and suggestions. Page is under construction so there is only one version in net designed for 1024 x 768 resolution. Have a look
I don't have voice actors so messages in that mission won't be spoken.

I don't get that page working with IE...
Does it say something or the pages just don't appear what IE you have, I have IE 6.0 and it should work with IE5+

Ok, finally the banner loaded... thought that would be a menu and as I got a timeout on loading the banner (the red X) I didn't know it was just an image.
But didn't you say something about a download? That's my problem... can't see a dl-link or a menu... Still to come?
Perhaps I should make the download in Plain text, the mission is under the Navigation-->Single Missions--> There click the green icon on download section

I'm using IE 5.5 Sp2 ...
A) No Navigation
B) No Single Player
C) No green button
Btw: Did you use Java? Still have it set to off because of Nimbda... That should be the problem, my fault. But couldn't you try it without that? Or an alternative page without Java?
I'll just go and check if it's as I think... Wait a moment, please!
Ok, was a problem with my security options, sorry again. Using a different PC than normal...
The whole navigation system is done in java, Perhaps I should make another pages where the navigation is done in normal, you can activate java in this case and disable it afterwards, there isn't any harmful scripts or anything

Well, finally everything works... Didn't think about that Java thingie because I just use it to get mouseover effects on Netscape 4.7x.
The problem is, that you can't see that a menu is missing when Java is off.
But since I updated my AV Prog on both PCs know, I have set the security to normal again.
...
Now I can comment: I like the page and I am looking forward to the other sections being once completed. Next time I switch on the other computer, I will dl the mission and test it. For me, everyone who does additional missions for TBP is a hero! So go on guys! You can make the time to the next release a good time!
PS: The links have to be tweaked... the finally found her link puts the page into the banner frame... not useful.

For those who have played this mission, what do you think of it? It was my first mission ever done in FRED.

Liked it... Felt like a true Raider!
Especially the ending is a surprising idea... Didn't expect something like that. Also good that you made those ships untargetable!
Unusual use of communication was one thing I thought, until I imagined how it would be with voice acting... Would be true TV atmosphere then!
Good work, but I'm not the one you should ask if the mission design itself is professional. Personally, I like it... All I can say. Wait, one thing: Do more of this stuff, please!
I made another mission, It's done in atmosphere from b5 movie Itb (I took my ideas from a certain sequence, you'll notice it). I hope that the mission ain't too easy...
