Is that Warlock (i.e. 71% hull) in the screenie where the Golgotha blows up that Aeolus, is that the GTD Warlock, the same one as from Warzone?

The one and only. The Warlock will at the very least be making some major cameo appearances...probably more than that even

I thought it important to establish a few ships from outside of the campaign. I set the story up in Warzone so that hopefully people feel an attachment to the Warlock and to a lesser extent the Tatenen. Admiral Cole too.

Ahh, this is good for continuity. But then what ships are in the Kaus Borealis area then? (i.e. Mintaka, KB, Gienah Cygni, Naos)

BWO is a good couple of years after Warzone. The Warlock has seen its share of action and the 7th Fleet (whats left) has been called back to Beta Aquilae to monitor internal trade routes.
