Poll: Creation of fanmissions package?
Who would be interested (staff and public) in the creation of a fanmissions package for each version - ie a b5-fanmissions-version.vp
the contents would be things like lady rose's missions, etc

Sounds very good...
I'm SO fed up with making my own missions if I want to see those incredibly beautiful ships actually move, fight and explode. In other words, it would make my life much easier. It would also give an opportunity to do some quality control...

If we ship them we'll be expected to support them. So no. I don't want any packs of fan missions affiliated with TBP.

Well, shipping and supporting are two different things... We all have noticed that the "Exclusion of already limited warranty" part is the longest one in quite a few "Important notice: read carefully" texts. Just include a text file where TBP team puts the blame on the mission designers, not the team. Nobody has to shoot the messenger!
To be honest: I never thought of that. Maybe it's a bad idea, maybe not.

No. Fans can create their own missions and campaigns on their own pace. Making fanmission packages wouldn't increase the number of missions or campaigns.
Just lets keep team and fan made stuff seperate. Both have their advantages so why should we increase negative sides by combining the two?

I'd like to see VWArchives with a TBP section again. Simple, easy, and it worked...
And stop talking about vp.files, I'm getting a headache...
You will be pleased to know that no TBP.vp has never been in my FS2 directory. HAHA! I extracted and dumbed ewerything to the data directory. Much easier to fool around now.
