Coloured Icons and Smilies

Just a minor question... are we ever going to see the coloured icons and smilies here again? I know there was a problem with them or something related to them a while back, but they did look good.

that's a bit uncertain. I dont know how others think, but i liked the 'multi-color assortment' of smilies better than the bland yellow, but consistency does look good too.

I just wish the and were animate, like they were before.

This is proof that society is getting to me - on seeing this threads title I thought it would be a rant on the lack of ethnic smilies (Black, Asian etc...).

Heh, I'm suprised nobodies mentioned it before.

I know nothing about administering a vBulletin based board so this is probably going to sound hilarious but can't you just grab the coloured ones from http://www.mysmilies.com (after making the necessary arrangements with CWM) and use them to replace the existing yellow ones (either by overwriting the files themselves or by assigning whole new emotions to them)? Where was the problem in that (again keeping in mind that I've never administered a vB, my only real experience in administering a board comes from playing with phpBB 2.0)?
