Shop guide?

Ok, I'm starting to go crazy, I can never remember where the shops are in Lenele, I'm looking for better than studded armor, but I can't find it, please help hah. Are there any printable maps or maps at all that show the location of shops? I'm running through the entire city time and again and only find low level merchants. Thanks very much!
