Ace has passed along to me that Twilight has been re-released, with all bug fixes and everything else all go. Here's what he had to say:

Version 1.0a of the FreeSpace 2: Twilight .exe installed edition is available. This version of the .exe installer is compliant and compatable with all systems, eliminating the problems faced by many of those who have downloaded Twilight earlier this week.
