While this isn't directly Volition related, Nintendo recently relenquished European publishing rights for Conker's Bad Fur Day to THQ. However, Nintendo is still set to publish Conker in the US. Conker, for those that don't know, is Nintendo and Rare's attempt at a very raunchy, violent, dirty, yet fun Nintendo 64 game.
