Mr. Media Relations, Reilly Brennan just sent me a bigass list of pre-order promotions for Red Faction. Pretty much it's a list and descriptions of all the different things you can get for Red Faction depending on where you purchase. Well, here's this list:

Best Buy:
Official Red Faction Soundtrack Available Now at Best Buy! Go to your local Best Buy and reserve a copy of Red Faction PC for $10.00. In return, you'll get to take home the official CD soundtrack. Then when Red Faction releases you'll receive $10.00 off the game and a coupon for $2.00 off the Prima Strategy Guide.

Electronics Boutique:
Purchase Red Faction PC at Electronics Boutique and receive a free, exclusive multiplayer level - "Long Way Down". While supplies last.

Level Description:
Set high above the surface of Mars in an abandoned industrial complex, "Long Way Down" is an open air deathmatch level where you have to watch more than your back. One wrong step and they'll be scrapping you off the surface of Mars. The facility has seen better days so don't be surprised if the walls come tumbling down after a few well placed rockets.

Level Description:
"Zig" is a fast-paced arena style level that caters to several different styles of play. There are areas where the player can stop and snipe from an elevated and partially enclosed tower. There are open walkways where the major weapons are stored, making it dangerous for the player to venture out from the safety of enclosed hallways, but necessary at the same time. There are also central areas with the most powerful weapon of the game and health packs to restore you. If the player goes for these, he will be vulnerable to attack from all sides.

Sweetness. If I were you (I'm not, obviously), I'd go with either Wal-Mart or Best Buy. The music in RF is awesome so the soundtrack must be good and the strategy guide's pretty good, too, I heard. EB and Gamestop probably aren't the top choices since those levels will probably be leaked to the net anyways, like almost everything is now-a-days. You could always check which place has the cheapest deal or something too. Enjoy!
