Shouldent we first remove the security.

the code that requires the FS disk to be inserted before you can play it.

Any problems with releasing a port of this game to a new
platform (and requiring folks to buy a copy of FS2 for the PC
for all the data files, etc..., of course)?

Oh, its true. But since there's no PXO support in the public source, it won't matter.

hehe, i thought i better check, one thing i have noticed that when u ripped out PXO support, it seems that when u click on the multiplayer options button, the game crashes out. Did u go wrong or summit?

ABSOLUTELY NOT!

BTW Kazan, I can help you with CVS if you put a project for the source on SourceForge.

Its possible. This isn't the most thoroughly tested piece of code.

Chances are though, that its a pretty trivial fix.

I would like to see FS2 with support for OpenGL. (Direct X sucks)
