well I think I fixed the ambiant lighting value in the mission file, but I'm not sure how well it works, getting things to move completly independent of the pyhsics is actualy more dificult than you might think

and 3.5 has just been relesed

Does it just lower and raise the levels or does it let us set a color?

Oh and CptWhite, they added a NoGlow value for suns so that we can make the suns not flare up so much.

I think it just lets you set an over all level, but it's been a while sence I messed with this, and I never realy played with it too much
I don't think much has been done with the starfield (this would include all background code such as stars and planets) code, if anything

i know i asked avenger to play with it bob, i think he did it , check his folder on our ftp maybe it would yeild something useful...he made an a record of the updates as well i believe
