No... The Vasudans trusted the terrans as much as the Terrans trusted the Vasudans. There would be no delegates for the GTA, only spies, and the few who made it through.

The refugees were not taken to SOL, they were spread around, GTI knew that the Lucifer was coming for Sol, and the Vasudans would not want to be on such a racist planet.


Come to think of it, I would hate to be a Vasudan in BWO.

They were most likely a scapegoat, and after the few remaining ones were killed off, the Terran's hate for Vasudans would be like the Americans hate of Communists, or the KKK's hate of non-whites (sorry, but it's true)
