Yeah rictor's right, this whole thing turned into a stupid contest when, in reality our 2 communities are going through the same

struggle. Yeah, it got the best of me too, and I wont accuse someone else of cheating just because my attempts at cheating

went horribly wrong.(those of you who didnt try to cheat, by all means crucify me) Maybe we should finally put this thread on the

backburner and focus on some real freespace news. Or maybe im just saying all this because its become obvious to me that freespace will lose... ah well, the world will never know....

The reason why this Poll have ended up in a contest is because both sides want to see a new game for each serie, when such a poll is set in motion the people at Interplay will open their eyes to both sides, seing that the interest is great for both games.

In reality it is not about cheating or backstapping, it is about the interest for the games at hand and we as fellow gamers should not fight, but indeed UNITE in the common goal "We like the games and would like to see both Freespace 3, and a new Descent game"...
