Ghost Rider, I think CptWhite meant both. R2.1 will be a little while after Release 2 in comparison to how long it took the R1.1 patch to come out after R1. It may get spread into other updates/patches as well or simply come out as a big R3.

Though it's not like Release 2 is a bare bones deal or anything.
