Looks like server is down currently, try lather it will work.
In meantime you can download directly from angelfire,
use right click save as, not dl managers.

You might want to talk to the guys at Hardlight Productions for hosting (okay, so I'm stealing VW traffic by asking this guy to move over to HLP) they're a little more general space-sim focused, plus there's plenty of great artists over there who'd love to help you out.

Plus, exposure at HLP would give you a bit more of a fan following
