I don't know what's Edwin after. But he should use the tables included in R1 core patch. I am not aware of anyone from the team sending unofficial tables to fans. Sending WIP material to fans is forbidden.
There was a small bug with Nova turret 07, which can be fixed manually or replacing R1.1 ships.tbl with fixed ships.tbl I posted somewhere else in this forum.
Just to make clear, R1.1 tables are fine as they are. R2 will bring complete overhaul in playability, but it will not be until R2 is out. That's it, period.
Sure, it's fine to use fan made tables if you feel up to it. Quality of such tables is not our concern though.

1.8: % hitpoints calculated from main hull hitpoints (memory can play trick on me, gotta recheck this one)
0.0 / 2.4 : rotation speed
Because rotation speed was set to 0.0 it couldn't rotate at all.
