Its really simple for him to do that. He just starts behaving in a more becoming manner sometimes and there will be no problem whatsoever.

For all of those bad posts that he's done, there are also a plethora of good ones. But those bad ones negate the good ones unfortunately. He just needs to stick with the 60% good stuff and there will be no problems.

A little more respect, a little more sensitivity and things will be fine.
