That was the bit of info that I was needing, but didn't know it.

After reading your post I started playing around with the Myrmidon's attributes. It now has a top speed of 300, & does 500 with the afterburner engaged. It also does 100 in reverse. LOL

Why would your table files be hidden? Do you have some program that uses the .tbl extention?

Are you sure that your .tbl files are hidden? By default all the diretories in data are empty.
Ships.tbl isn`t originally found in data/tables that's just where you put modified versions. The original version lives in root_fs2.vp and you'll need VPView (or neimad's viewer

) to get at it.
