I really like the AOG ones.
The ones from the old sierra sim are crap. They look like someone cut up a vorlon and a narn ship and stuck them together again, perhaps with a touch of brakiri for good measure.

I'm right and you're wrong

To make your own model of the ITF dilgar cruiser take one narn cruiser and chop off the wings.. take one Jabba the hutt's sail barge, and glue the wings to the bottom of the sail barge...

Thumbs up Well, I had the AoG models in mind, to be frank.

They look better, to my eyes at least. I also think that Shadegrown had made a lot of them.

(I don't like the other Dilgar. Maybe because I don't know what to think of them, it seems to me something like abstract modelling. O well, I suppose both could exist, one the advanced form of the other. But If I had to choose I would pick deffinitely AoG models, deffinitely.

CptWhite, a suggestion if I may. Since you are a part of the Great Wars team (Kudos for that) would it be possible to get some meshes of his Dilgar meshes in 3d MAX format or something, for it to start realising. Some textures would also be fantastic. That would save time and effort. Hopefully Great Wars and Shadegrown will agree. Hopefully! If that happens, I

Nope, I don't want to sound like a hardass, I know you thought of this before, as I said before it was just a suggestion....

Agreed. I don't think the Dilgar would have ships quite that advanced in look. The Centauri vessels are pretty advanced but they don't look that much more advanced than Narn and Earth ships. Since Earth was able to beat the Dilgar (with help), and taken the notion that the Dilgar were good at things like genetics and not warships, the ones from AoG seem alot more reasonable.

It's possible that the design of the Dilgar ships was made to inspire fear in their enemys. A bit of psy-ops.

Also given the timeframes involved and the contact between races, it's quite possible that one race would incorporate succesful designs form another race into future generations of warships. (Especially if they had just beaten said race in a war and had a lot of derilects to pick through.)

I'm indifferent on capship design, what does AOG have for Dilgar fighters?
