The Orion, the Omega and all of the B5 models have an inner beauty that comes from being believable as real ships that seems to overcome a lot of the "functionality" that artistically is fairly ugly. The concept of the Starfury's propulsion is uncommon in sci-fi, as is the presence of rotating sections for gravity and zero-gravity as a matter of course in some ships!

My question was more on the lines of is the models for babylon 5 the station and omega ships included in the r1 pack? Course I didn't state the questions that way so I sounded quite dense.

R1 contained only Earth-Minbari war era ships, which the release and it's demo campaign were all about. Babylon 5 station, Omega heavy cruiser and other goodies weren't made yet back then. Now they're nearing completion and the community is drooling, waiting for R2...

You'd make us all drool even more if you'd tell the EXACT contents of R2... I believe there's still some confusion about whether to include some models or not?

Because R2 is released when it's done, and it's done when it's done. And if some model is not done when R2 is done then R2 is not done. Or they dump the model in to R3. Anyway, we'll know what mysteries R2 holds when we get your slimy hands on it.

What about the station itself (i.e. the B5 model)? I know Cpt White was texturing it but that's all I've heard...
