Volition has completly dropped the FS/Descent serries. They have no reason to continue it, it has been consumed by so many fans that it would be more of a loss than a gain. You can go on-line and get anything just as good as Volition could turn out, the only difference is you can get it for free!

And thank you Edwin...but I do think I rather have a good hold on the situation concering the development of another FreeSpace game. The chances are slim to none...but that doesn't mean I can half joke, half dream about it can I?
