it's also a Vorlon scowl, frown, glare, mad, big grin, stick out toungue, eek, embarased, wink, cool, and rolleyes. The reason I left out EVIL is because that is the original Kosh's head. The second "Kosh" on B5 (I.E.- EVIL Kosh) was the evil one and he was blue-ish.
