Mass drivers are used to bomb planets so should not be implemented unless you plan to use them against installations....

Mass Driver is done ..the launcher in the Secundus variant of Primius..the one that has heavy arrays and the "mass driver"

also we will have scaled down version of the Mass driver AKA "matter cannon" octurion
