Alpha 1 in a battlecrab vs. the rest of the universe

By the way The Omega will destroy a sauser from a long distance but if it gets on top of it, Omega's scrued

That depends on where 'on top' of the Omega the Xill gets. If it manages to get itself into one of those nice snug spaces on its side where it looks like the Omega has no firing arcs, it could probably stay there and chop it up. If it gets on top as in the dorsal side of the ship, those pulse cannons will all just converge on it and tear it up. They can kill Starfuries in one or two hits, and fire very rapidly, so unless the Xill has massive armor, it won't last long against that.

Well If I'm not mistakened The Xorr is the smaller Vree capital ship, that one is quite small "only" 300m or so (omega is 1600 right?)
and carries those 2 funny little turrets on top and bottom of the saucer. Their fire power aint realy anithing special, but its older brother the Xill I read somewhere it has a gravitic drive plant and an Anti-mater gun.

Laws of phisics tell us, unless you deflect an antimacter beam (remenber their electrically charged)
with an energy shield (possible to do that today with a magnetic field)
any direct hit will blow up the Omega like a nuke no matter what kind of armour it has. (EA ships dont have any shielding)
Anti-particles cancel out all matter particles that makes anything we build. End of the story.

I think if that was the case, then would not the Vree have a significant advantage over ANY other race? None of the races technically have any 'true' shielding I think. Sheridan could have just ordered the Vree squadrons to attack the VPK if they had such power. So their weapon probably isn't quite as its name would imply. Even if the cannon could do that, but just not against First Ones, then the Vree could have been more of a major power.

Tell me, how many times did someone say in the series that the Vree had antimatter weapons? Correct, none. The whole thing about the vree having antimatter guns is simply fanfiction, and a really poor fanfiction, exactly because of the reasons you said. If it was true, the Vree would rule the universe.

True true. But then again, in the show they don't really talk about anyone's weapons. We know Earth uses plasma weapons, and Centauri weapons are explained in season five. But other than that and the occasiona tactical nuke, we are never really told.

RE: the Vree, what I've seen in various places (B5tech mostly) is that the Vree weapon in question uses waste from the shis reactor. This is grnerally assumed to be anti-matter, but could be really hot ketchup for all we really know. Also, as it is engine waste they would only hae a limited anount on hand.

What we know of B5 weapon charectaristics comes from incidental dialogue ("The particle beams on those defense platforms...") or from the weapons appearence and what kind of damage it does. Everything else is pretty much pulled out of someone's .
