well it's half the size of a cruser, and crusers have like 200-300 people on them, I figured that this thing is just so big and complicated, it would need at least 20 people to operate it at any given time, an additional 20-30 people for shifts durring long range missions

Wow, looks great!

Umm, mind if I toss a couple cents in here about the crew figure?

Is this thing an autonomous operating patrol ship, or is it a carrier-borne craft?

If the latter, it's probably got a 8-12 man crew, whereas for the former it's probably closer to 30.

It looks(To me) like a WW1-ish era Torpedo Boat. Those were usually 6 to 12 man operations compared to destroyers/frigates which were larger and had maybe 15 times the crew.

Turrets are auto targeting. One person to monitor weapons fire control may be useful.

The only thing that really matters is how many GTVA destroyers that they are goning to dice up, and from the looks of it, it will be quite a few.

with a proper escort, a wing of these would slaughter anything you put in front of them, the vanir is also good as an anti-fighter role if you change it's loadout a little (I think it holds like 300 maelstrom)

What kind of payload are we talking about when it's going up against destroyers?
