For those that don't speak.. erm.. Urdu or whatever language that was.. Gmax does not render, because it is just a modeller, and AFAIK it only exports to a few formats as well.

gmax only saves to the .gmax file format (go figure ), and doesn't render scenes since it's built to be a game modding tool, pure and simple. Think of it as 3D Studio Max without the fluff.

BTW, what's the average street price for lightwave? I need a good laugh.
