Actually, it wasnt a file at all. it was just a page full of text.

On Pera's site (first of them) just download all pack's and you may replace current .TBL files with them, contains also standard TBP ships. Yes those are add ons to Tale of EAS Janus campaign there are new ship and new weapons, I think that Pera has expalined in Readme.

There should be a buttons in Ashrak's page (second), like Breakthrough, Intercept and Total war, just click in buttons two first is in zip and last is .fs2 file, put it where Slasher said.
